There is no second opinion on the fact that our body needs regular exercise. It helps to keep us fit healthy and in good mental and physical status. Exercise form the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. It also removes the mental stress which if otherwise let off, will lead to many more physical problems. It is not very difficult to exercise everyday only if you make it a habit. 

The common excuse given for not exercising is that we do not find time to do it. A simple exercise like walking would also suffice to give best results. To quote Earl of Derby “those who do not find time for exercise will have to find time for illness”. Exercising everyday is a necessity for youth to keep fit as well as for middle aged to avoid further deterioration of health.
